BE PREPARED FOR THE FOLLOWING
MX SPORTS QUALIFIER FORM: A $25 MX Sports Area Qualifier Entry Form is required for each class you are entering. THESE FORMS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED WHEN REGISTERING ONLINE. This $25 MX Sports processing fee is separate from the race entry fee. If you are registering on-site at window you will need to purchase form at window.
DON'T FORGET TO CHECK-IN All riders who register online must check-in at registration on race day to verify transponder number and receive practice stickers.
BRING YOUR PARENTS All riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. If BOTH parents are not attending, you must have an AMA Annual Minor Release on file with the AMA.
ARRIVE TOGETHER TO PARK TOGETHER All vehicles should be parked parallel to one another. There will be no "circling of the wagons."
BRING TRASH BAGS Please bag your trash and place it in one of the available dumpsters. Trash bags will also be available at the Front Gate. Trash cans will not be dispersed in the parking areas.
PIT VEHICLE RULES
Must register pit vehicle at sign up building with Staff
Operators must possess valid driver’s license and be 18 years of age
Speed Limit: 10 MPH
Pit vehicle hours of operation 7:00am –9pm
All passengers must be seated and within seating capacity limits.
Pit vehicles are for transportation to and from destinations only; cruising or parading is prohibited.
Pit vehicles must be operated safely and responsibly. Reckless, careless, or dangerous operation, as well as operation under the influence of alcohol, is prohibited.
Pit vehicle use is a privilege, not a right. It may be revoked or terminated at the sole discretion of Promoter’s Staff.
Unauthorized pit vehicles will be confiscated and must be retrieved upon departure.
Violations of these rules may result in penalties, including but not limited to vehicle confiscation, racer disqualification, and/or ejection from the facility.
MYLAPS TRANSPONDER SCORING
Mylaps transponder scoring provided by NER TIMING.
$25 Transponder Rental Fee
Cash rentals require a $100 cash deposit in addition to the rental fee. The deposit will be returned when the transponder is returned at the end of the event.
Card rentals do not require a deposit, you will only be charged the rental fee. If you fail to return your transponder at the end of the event, your card on file will be charged the $100 deposit.
