Please do not block any emergency vehicle parking areas. You will be towed. Please only park in the GREEN box on this map and enter through DOOR A under the event center sign.

• Doors Open: 5:00 PM

• Dinner Served: 5:30 PM

• Awards Ceremony: 6:00 PM

Pulled Pork or Chicken served with Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, and Dessert

🍹 Beverages:
Cash Bar will be available onsite. All beverage sales benefit Zimmerman/Livonia Fire Department. Please note: No outside food or beverages allowed.

Adults 13+: $30 (Purchased by Oct 19th) | $35 (Purchased by Nov 20th)

Kids 12 & Under: $15 (Purchased by Oct 19th) | $20 (Purchased by Nov 20th)

🎟️ Tickets/Tables:

When you purchase your tickets online, you will pick which table you would like to sit at. If you would like to sit with friends, please select the same table # as your friends. There are 8-10 seats per table. If a table is sold out, you will not be able to select that table. *Please make sure to bring your confirmation email or tickets with you the event*

🎟️ Ticket Deadline:
Tickets must be purchased by Nov 20th, 2025 to ensure your meal is included in the count.

SERIES RULES:

Riders must compete in a minimum of 5 rounds in their perspective class to be eligible for year-end awards

• We take the best 5 finishes out of 6 races [1 throw out]

• Each race entry is one (1) entry for year-end drawings

• Perfect attendance awards for riders who race ALL 6 races

• 9/21/25 will be a double points race

ALL QUALIFIED RACERS RECEIVE AWARDS!

We only bring awards for banquet ticket holders so if you have someone planning to pick-up your awards at the banquet or unable to attend and would like your award mailed, please click the link below!
